The department of Pathology is one of the prominent departments in the College of Medicine at Northern Border University.

Since the establishment of the College of Medicine, the department of Pathology has been dedicated to advancing this field in all academic, training, research, and service aspects. its goal is to graduate highly qualified  physicians with distinguished scientific competencies.

The department strives to develop the quality of teaching and training to meet international standards, through modern teaching methods and the use of technology in instruction. This is accompanied by periodic reviews of curricula. the department also works on enhancing the skills of its teaching staff and providing their needs to conduct meaningful scientific research across all branches of pathology.
